This greatly accelerates problem solving, software maintenance and software updating. With this "on-line" service users can further benefit from having ProBroadcast's award winning production experience and creative support on-line 24 hours a day.

ProBroadcast offers genuine 24 hour cover with personnel always available anytime day or night. There is no cost penalty for "out of hours" calls. as we are a 24 hour service.

Creative Support
One Stop Digital can now provide Digidesign Protools users with a support mechanism which is both commercially viable and sensitive to the needs of the user. There are two levels of telephone support to choose from, which have been designed to give both technical and creative support. Most support services of this type offer only technical support but with ProBroadcast, users will have access to our unequalled experience in using Digidesign's Protools in a broadcast environment.
Benefits
Our average response time to a call is 5 minutes.
Included with all levels of support, clients receive a monthly Support Analysis summarising calls made to the service. If regular trends develop, this information can be used to indicate unreliable equipment or possible staff training requirements.
 Hardware
We can also offer a Hardware Support Service in addition to our very efficient software support products. If, when in the process of providing support we identify that the problem is a hardware one, we can make arrangements to provide a replacement and for the faulty unit to be repaired and then returned to service. (Subject to availibility)
