Podcasts
We have recorded, edited, and mastered a number of podcast productions including an infotainment series for BT staff presented by Chris Choi and a Business to Business series recorded on location in various businesses around the North West of England.
CDs for Books
We worked in conjunction with the author Nigel Fountain to produce audio CDs that complemented a series of books Adding sound effects and music to content from the Imperial War Museum’s sound archive. The CDs were then included in the cover of the book.
Web based education
We recorded, edited and mastered for internet use a series of recording for a series of education support material produced by the Working Class Movement library in Salford.
Cartoon
We undertook the complete sound design for a cartoon for an Astra Zeneca presentation. As it was for an international presentation they didn’t want any dialog in any specific language so we worked closely with the animator and directed the actors to deliver their lines in gobbledygook!

Seven radio producers – all based in the north of England – have joined forces to launch a new co-operative venture – ‘Radio Wizards’. It’s equally remarkable that their aim now is to work together on every kind of sound production... except radio!
"It’s taken over a year to get to this point," says ‘wizard’ Mike Thornton, "but now we’ve got a viable business plan, we’ve launched our website and we’re already starting to attract commissions. As a facilities provider we decided to facilitate this partnership and set them up with a web site to help kickstart this excellent partnership."
